Wrong or Right move?

I have just been informed that Juan Mata will be signing for Manchester United for a fee of around
30 MILLION Pounds.It is the right move for Mata in my opinion  was not getting enough  gametime
and he will get plenty of gametime at United.Right move for both Mata and Manchester United.
